ONLINE DELIVERY - KEY INFO

We deliver nationwide throughout the UK.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 (excluding Northern Ireland).

Orders are dispatched twice per week (Tuesday and Thursday) using DPD’s Next Day Delivery service (excluding weekends and national holidays). 

Orders placed Monday to Wednesday
→ Dispatched Thursday
→ Expected delivery Friday

Orders placed Thursday to Sunday
→ Dispatched Tuesday
→ Expected delivery Wednesday

A tracking number will be provided by DPD directly. On the day of delivery, customers can expect to receive a 1-hour time slot through text or email to confirm when the delivery will be attempted.

Please note whilst most parcels arrive the next working day, courier delays can occasionally occur and deliveries may take longer to arrive.

If you miss your delivery, please contact DPD directly to rearrange it.

You may also choose to have your parcel delivered to:

  • A safe place
  • A neighbour
  • A DPD collection point


Rest assured, all products are baked and dispatched on the same day and will remain fresh for several days.

PRODUCTS

No — all of our products are completely alcohol-free.

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians except our Piñata and M&M’s cookies, which contain Carmine and are therefore not suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Yes! We offer a range of vegan-friendly products. These can be found in our online store and are clearly marked as “Vegan.”

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. We also produce several nut-based items. Although we take every precaution to minimise cross-contamination, trace amounts of allergens may be present.

All of our products contain gluten and are therefore not suitable for a gluten-free diet.

Store your treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at room temperature unless otherwise specified.

They have a best before shelf life of seven days, but we recommend enjoying them on the day of delivery for the best experience.

Most of our products are suitable for freezing for up to six months. Simply allow them to fully defrost at room temperature and follow our heating instructions before enjoying.

180°C oven for up to 5 mins, or microwave for 10 secs.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email help@dolliescookies.co.uk as soon as possible with the subject line:

  • “Cancel Order #OrderNumber”
  • “Amend Order #OrderNumber”


Once an order has been processed, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes as everything is baked to order.

If you require your order for a specific date or event, please get in touch help@dolliescookies.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

LOCAL PICKUP

Yes — we offer local pickup from our production unit.

Please note: We are not a retail shop and do not hold ready-made stock for walk-in purchases (all items are baked fresh to order).

Place orders online and select the local pickup option at checkout; you’ll also see an option to select a suitable date and time.

If you arrive without placing an order, we cannot guarantee availability and you should expect a minimum wait time of approximately 30 minutes — this is subject to our baking schedule and current workload.

Yes — we are happy to supply corporate and bulk orders for businesses, offices and events.

WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES

Yes — we work with a number of cafés, coffee shops, food businesses and establishments who stock our cookies.

All of our products are handmade and baked fresh, we can provide wholesale supply anywhere in the UK.

If you are interested in becoming a wholesale partner, please contact us with the following information:

Yes — we offer cookie catering for events, weddings, parties and special occasions.

REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at help@dolliescookies.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and assist you.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (product and packaging)


Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
